200. Below 200taka worth of product you need to pay 60 taka delivery charge.

Ans: We accept cash on delivery, bkash playment and online

Ans: Yes, we take orders over the phone as well.
8. If I make any mistake to place an order how do I fix it?

9. What is the policy of refund?
Ans: No cash refund is allowed. If any product is rotten and
problematic, we will change the product. The delivery charge will be free. You
can return to the product to the delivery man while you receive it.
10. How can I buy groceries on credit?
Ans: To buy groceries on credit you need to fill up an application form. After
verification our representative will help you to buy on credit. To know more

11. How many days I will get time to repay back credit?
Ans: 20 days. If you don’t pay within 20 days, we will give
you 3 days grace period. Within that
time you need to pay back the full amount.
12. Is there additional charge for taking the credit?
Ans: No, its absolutely free of charge. You only have to pay
the due amount.
